Challenge
A Turkish skincare label entering Jordan with a full product line and no local voice. The market problem was not awareness. It was choice. Shelves and feeds are crowded with conflicting advice, so people do not reject a product, they freeze in front of the options. And the brand's global assets, shot for a different audience, did not read here.
Approach
I rebuilt the brand for this market from the content up. Instead of posting bottles, the feed teaches a routine: which step does what, which skin type it suits, why it is three products and not one. The identity was re-voiced in Arabic across every format. Highlight covers, story sets, and a grid designed so posts sit together as one continuous image. An AI-assisted design pipeline let one person produce at agency pace.
Result
117 finished pieces in a single visual language, a routine-first content system that answers real objections instead of announcing offers, and a 40% faster turnaround from brief to published design.
