This is a first draft, not a finished plan. It is built on six answers and none of your real numbers: how many people ask you in a month, where they came from, and what one sale costs you. A serious plan starts from those numbers, and this one tells you where to start collecting them. It may also turn out that you do not need anyone working with you, you need to execute what is above.
