You know who reached you and from where
Every form and every WhatsApp tap is measured and attributed. Without it you know a customer arrived, and nothing about which page or which ad sent them.
Tested on real devices
Not a browser emulator. Actual phones, on a slow connection, with a thumb rather than a mouse. What passes in an emulator falls over on an old phone.
Three months of service after launch
Not a warranty you have to argue for. Three months in which fixes, small edits and questions are simply included, starting the day the site goes live.

Questions that come before signing
Is the number the calculator gives final?
It is the number I work from, not an estimate that shifts once we talk. One thing can change it: if the conversation shows that what you picked is not what you actually need. That usually moves it down, because the most common thing is someone choosing a package bigger than their business.
Why is there no design-level upcharge any more?
Because charging the same feature at two very different numbers reads as arbitrary, and once one number looks arbitrary they all do. There is one design standard now and it is included. If you want artwork, type and motion built specifically for you, that is one fixed line at 390 JD, not a multiplier on everything else.
Is there a cap on how many pages I get?
No. Your pages, no cap. You send me your content and I put all of it in. Adding a page costs me almost nothing, so charging you for it would be charging for nothing. What does cost is writing content that does not exist yet, and that is a separate published line.
What are the languages: what is included and what is charged?
Arabic and English are both included in every package, from the cheapest one. Not an add-on, and no discount for dropping one, because the bilingual structure gets built either way: the routing, the language switcher and the language signal to Google. A third language is a fixed 250 JD, because that is every page again with its copy, its typesetting and its wiring. That is work, not translation.
What is the yearly "operation and maintenance"? Is that hosting?
No, and the difference matters. Hosting is a small part of it. The rest is monitoring that the site is up, backups, security updates, and support requests. The more the site does, the more work it is: a site taking online payments needs time every month on "a charge did not go through".
I want the site connected to my internal system. Can you?
My first question is "what is the system called?" and I give no number before the answer. Any system with an API, or that can send and receive a webhook, or that exists on Zapier or Make, can be connected. Anything with none of those, an old program on a machine in your office or a spreadsheet, cannot be connected no matter what is paid, and it stops at a structured alert that reaches you with every booking. I say that before the price, not after.
What if I already have a site and want to move it?
Twenty-five items from your old site are included. Beyond that it is 2 JD per page, minimum 100 JD. A fixed number you can work out yourself before you talk to me.
What if I do not like the work?
Payment is 50% on signing and 50% on delivery, so you do not pay the rest until you see it. Two revision rounds are included on every deliverable. And if you decide to stop halfway, what has been built to that point is handed to you.
Do you work with my competitor?
No. I do not work with two businesses competing for the same customer. Whoever comes first takes the field.
And my first reply is not a proposal
It is questions. Because the number above is built on what you picked, and I have not seen your work, or who you compete with, or where your customer looks for you. Once I know those, we know whether this build is even the right one.
