Consulting or training
Sometimes you don't need to hire someone. You need digital marketing explained
In plenty of cases it's cheaper and smarter to learn than to pay someone monthly. Especially if you have a capable team that's just missing direction. With consulting you pay for knowledge, you keep it, and execution stays in-house.
Step one is a free diagnosis, no commitment.
If this is your situation, we're talking about the same thing
- You have a capable marketing hire with nobody to guide them
- You pay an agency monthly and suspect you could do it yourself
- You've watched hours of courses and still don't know where to start
- You want a neutral opinion on a decision before spending on it
What you actually get
- A diagnostic session
where the problem actually is, not where it looks
- Hands-on training on your own account, not theoretical examples
- A session recording and written material you keep
- A prioritised task list you can start on tomorrow
- Follow-up for questions that surface during execution
And what does it not solve alone?
Honestly: Consulting or training on its own does not necessarily fix sales. Marketing is an interconnected network, and every link strengthens the next. These are the links that work with this service, and why:
Real work, not claims
Questions that always come up
How long is a session and how does it work?
Usually 90 minutes online, and I can share my screen and work directly in your account. I prefer one focused session over three scattered ones. Focus leaks away between them.
Do you train whole teams?
Yes, and the training is built around your actual work rather than off-the-shelf content. I need to know the team's level and the tools they use beforehand so we don't waste time on basics they already have.
What if I want to hire you for a full project afterwards?
That happens often. I credit the consulting fee against the project price if we agree within a month, so you never feel you paid twice.

Short game
Can you tell selling from understanding?
- 7 replies from a fictional company
- Judge each: normal or red flag
- After every call, you read why
